We are Hiring: Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer

We're looking for an experienced Copilot Studio Developer to design, build, and maintain production-grade conversational agents and automation solutions across Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

This is a hands-on engineering role delivering end-to-end agent experiences integrated with Microsoft Teams and enterprise systems — working in a Forward Deployed model, embedded alongside customers to build, ship, and iterate on solutions directly in their environment.

What you'll do:

• Design & build Copilot Studio agents — topic modeling, dialog orchestration, fallback strategies
• Develop complex Power Automate cloud flows with orchestration logic, error handling & retries
• Design Dataverse data models supporting agent state, session context & auditability
• Partner with Solution Architects & business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable agent designs

What you bring:

• 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Power Platform in enterprise/consulting environments
• Strong experience with Dataverse, enterprise integrations & secure/scalable solution design
• You ship — you have real things in production, open source, or personal projects that prove it
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills in a regulated environment
