• Timely and professional logistics support provided to RAO and HoO.
• Smooth liaison and coordination established with other mission components.
• Adherence to United Nations rules and regulations, the UN of Conduct and principles of the organization.
• To carry out driving assignments in a safe and timely manner.
• Use discretion, initiative and judgment in planning and scheduling routes.
• Comply with the UN standard of road safety, security, safety of personnel, and use of UN vehicles while performing ground transportation services.
• Logistical and transport support is provided promptly for planned and emergency missions, including participation in the preparation and execution of logistics contingency and deployment plans.
• Any operational or logistical challenges are identified and proactively addressed to ensure continuity of field operations.
• Actions are delivered ethically, demonstrating impartiality, fairness, honesty and truthfulness in all matters affecting their work and in accordance with the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
