Are you a fluent Danish speaker looking to launch a rewarding career in one of Europe's liveliest coastal hubs? We are actively hiring motivated, customer-focused Danish-Speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join our growing global team in Lisbon, Portugal!
In this role, you will represent a globally recognized brand known for high-end consumer electronics and premium home appliances. As the main contact point for their Nordic audience, your goal will be to provide outstanding support and a top-quality customer experience.
Work Arrangement: Training is conducted 100% in person at our modern Lisbon office located in the city center. Once you successfully complete onboarding, you will transition to a flexible hybrid work schedule.
Core Responsibilities & Daily Workflow
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your daily tasks will include:
- Omnichannel Support: Handling incoming inquiries from Danish customers via phone, email, and live chat—answering questions about product features, warranty coverage, order tracking, device setup, and new orders.
- Appliance & Tech Diagnostics: Listening attentively to customer issues regarding smart home devices and home appliances, troubleshooting technical problems, providing clear solutions, or routing complex cases to the technical repair team.
- CRM Data Entry: Accurately documenting every customer interaction, ticket resolution, and feedback entry in our CRM software to maintain seamless record-keeping.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Developing a deep understanding of the brand's newest products and core values, acting as a professional and authentic representative.
- Continuous Learning: Participating in fully paid ongoing training sessions to stay up to date on new product launches, tech updates, and service best practices.

Essential Criteria
- Language Skills: Fluent proficiency (C1/C2 level) in both written and spoken Danish, along with solid professional English (B2 level) for team communication.
- Location/Relocation: Currently living in Lisbon, or fully prepared and legally eligible to arrange your own move to Portugal.
- Communication Style: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities paired with a patient, helpful, and customer-oriented approach.
- Digital Literacy: Strong overall computer skills, including the ability to multitask across different software programs and learn new tools quickly.
Preferred Assets (Optional)
- Background in customer support, call centers, retail, hospitality, or help-desk troubleshooting.
- A genuine passion for smart home tech, gadgets, or modern household appliances.
Financial Package & Premium Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation structure that ensures stability while rewarding your day-to-day results:
- Base Salary: €1,400 gross monthly, paid 14 times per year (in line with Portuguese regulations for summer and Christmas bonuses).
- Language Allowance: A extra €150 monthly bonus for using your Danish language skills.
- Performance Bonuses: Up to €100 monthly in performance-based rewards tied to quality, accuracy, and efficiency goals.
- Meal Stipend: €7 per workday worked (adding roughly €140 to €150 net cash each month).

Please Note: This position does not include relocation packages, flight coverage, or housing stipends. Applicants applying from outside Portugal must be fully prepared to arrange and fund their own travel, legal work authorization, and accommodation in Lisbon independently.
