In this position, you will represent a globally recognized leader in high-end household appliances and consumer tech, providing exceptional support to their customer base. You will be based out of our modern, centrally located office in downtown Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

As a Customer Operations Consultant, your core objective is to turn everyday technical inquiries into exceptional customer experiences by:

• Multi-Channel Support: Delivering professional assistance to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding product functionality, warranties, order tracking, equipment setup, and commercial orders.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Systematically diagnosing issues with smart devices and home appliances, offering clear step-by-step guidance, or escalating complex cases to technical service teams.
• CRM Data Entry: Precisely recording customer feedback, interaction details, and case resolutions within our CRM system to ensure complete record-keeping.
• Professional Development: Attending paid ongoing training modules to stay informed on brand-new product releases, software updates, and modern customer service methodologies.

Candidate Profile: Requirements & Qualifications

We prioritize a constructive mindset, high emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills over years of direct experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Language Skills: Complete fluency (C1/C2 level) in both spoken and written Dutch, along with a solid working proficiency (B2 level) in English for internal workplace communication.
• Location Status: Currently residing in Lisbon, or fully ready and legally authorized to relocate to Portugal on your own initiative.
• Communication Style: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, paired with a patient, customer-centric, and problem-solving mindset.
• Computer Literacy: Strong digital competency, including the ability to toggle between various software applications efficiently and master new digital tools quickly.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Previous experience in customer care, call center environments, retail, hospitality, or technical support.
• A natural interest in smart home technology, consumer electronics, or modern kitchen appliances.

Compensation Package & Employee Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,400 gross monthly, paid out across 14 annual payments (inclusive of the traditional Portuguese holiday and Christmas allowances).
• Language Premium: An additional €150 monthly bonus for applying your specialized Dutch skills.
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 monthly in performance-based incentives tied to quality and productivity metrics.
• Meal Allowance: €7 per working day (providing approximately €140 to €150 in additional net monthly income).
