This one helps decide where the business opens its next site, shapes pricing strategy, improves profitability and influences where millions of dollars get invested.
Reporting to an experienced CFO, you'll become the commercial finance lead behind an entrepreneurial, rapidly growing privately owned national business, partnering with operational leaders and founders who make decisions quickly and genuinely value commercial insight.

About the Role
This is a newly created position designed to strengthen the commercial capability of the finance team as the business continues its rapid expansion.
You'll own the quarterly forecasting process while partnering with operational leaders across multiple sites to understand what drives performance and where opportunities exist. You'll sit alongside General Managers and senior leaders to challenge performance, identify opportunities and help improve commercial outcomes across the portfolio.
Projects will include:
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Commercial business partnering
- Quarterly forecasting and long range planning
- Pricing strategy
- New site investment analysis
- Workforce planning
- Monthly commercial performance reviews
- Building dashboards and business reporting
- Retail and ancillary revenue analysis
About You
You'll come from a Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partner background and enjoy being close to the business rather than sitting behind spreadsheets all day.
You'll bring:
- Strong commercial finance or FP&A experience
- Advanced financial modelling capability
- The ability to explain financial information in practical terms
- A naturally curious mindset that enjoys solving commercial problems
- CA or CPA qualification desired but not essential
- An interest in health, fitness or consumer businesses will help you quickly connect with the organisation and help you succeed
- Power BI experience would be advantageous but not essential
