On behalf of Country Care Group (CCG) and K Care Healthcare Solutions, we are searching for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced coordinator to play a central role in driving campaign delivery, internal communications, and retail marketing support for two of Australia’s most respected assistive technology and healthcare brands.

K Care Healthcare Solutions is their product and wholesale division, owning the iconic 50-year-old K Care brand alongside major distribution partnerships (Karma, Merits, Afikim). About the Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Lead, the Marketing & Communications Coordinator will serve as the operational anchor of the marketing team. The successful candidate will coordinate end-to-end admin, asset management, event support, and campaign logistics while working closely with internal leadership teams and external creative agency partner, ETB Studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Coordination & Administration: Maintain status trackers, action lists, meeting agendas, and file libraries (SharePoint) to ensure smooth workflow and strict adherence to timelines.
- Campaign & Asset Support: Assist with gathering brief information, tracking collateral from brief to final delivery, collecting stakeholder feedback, and rolling out approved campaign assets across digital, print, and in-store channels.
- Internal Communications: Help plan and deliver internal newsletters, staff updates, training comms, and WHS communications in alignment with brand standards.
- Retail & Store Network Support: Manage incoming local store requests, log requirements, check template availability, and coordinate marketing literature, POS materials, and store launch collateral across 180+ stores.
- Literature, Merchandise & Brand Admin: Maintain collateral registers, update product sheets and flyers, manage merchandise inventory, and oversee brand administration (business cards, email signatures, name tags).
- Events, Expos & Training: Coordinate logistics for major healthcare expos, product demonstrations, and Allied Health training sessions (including Eventbrite listing management, catering, venue bookings, and post-event reporting).
- Social & Content Support: Assist in gathering copy, images, and video assets for content calendars, schedule posts, and support production shoots.
- Reporting & Quality Standards: Collate monthly performance inputs, campaign asset lists, and activity summaries for leadership review, ensuring all activities align with ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.
Skills & Requirements
This role is best suited to a dynamic multi-tasker who thrives in an administrative and coordination capacity within a fast-moving marketing environment.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in marketing coordination, communications coordination, account service, or project administration.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and confidence managing timelines, trackers, and follow-ups.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Comfort collaborating with cross-functional internal teams (Retail Ops, P&C, WHS) as well as external creative agencies and suppliers.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, SharePoint, Canva, social scheduling platforms, and project tracking software.
- Industry Experience (Desirable): Prior experience in healthcare, assistive technology, aged care, disability, or retail network support will be highly regarded.
