Job Description

Join our established Noosa clinic as our Office Manager and take the lead in the day-to-day operations of a busy allied health practice.

This is a full-time opportunity to step into a well-supported clinic with a collaborative team of 6–8 clinicians, including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Remedial Massage Therapists.

You'll work alongside the Practice Leader to ensure the clinic runs smoothly while leading a dedicated team of 3 administration professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead front desk operations and oversee the daily running of the clinic
  • Support, coach and develop a team of 3 administration staff
  • Manage billing processes including HICAPS, Medicare/DVA, WorkCover and third-party funding
  • Coordinate rostering, onboarding and training
  • Monitor KPIs and contribute to clinic performance
  • Build strong relationships with referrers and support clinic communication
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and patient experience

About You

  • Experience in medical, allied health or customer service leadership is highly regarded
  • Previous Office Manager or administration leadership experience is desirable, but not essential—we'll train the right person
  • Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for supporting both patients and your team
  • Enjoys improving processes and creating a positive workplace culture
