We're partnering with a rapidly growing civil contractor that has built an outstanding reputation delivering complex formwork, steel fixing and concrete packages across some of Queensland's most significant rail infrastructure projects.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and expansion into new infrastructure sectors, they're looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join their Brisbane team and play a key role in delivering major projects across South East Queensland.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager and site delivery teams, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of major civil structures packages.

You'll take ownership of:

• Managing project delivery from planning through to completion.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Programming and short-term planning.
• Cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Client and stakeholder management.
• Quality, safety and environmental compliance.
• Mentoring Project and Site Engineers.
• Driving programme outcomes while maintaining high delivery standards.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• 7+ years' experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer within civil infrastructure.
• Strong experience delivering concrete, structures, bridges, formwork or heavy civil projects.
• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Full Australian working rights.
