Position Overview:

As a Programs Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of various healthcare programs within our organization. You will work closely with the Programs Manager and other team members to ensure the successful execution of these programs, which are designed to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Programs Manager to develop and implement new healthcare programs, including identifying program goals, objectives, and timelines.

- Conduct research and gather data to support the development of program initiatives.

- Create and maintain program documentation, including program plans, progress reports, and budget updates.

- Monitor program progress and make recommendations for improvement as needed.

- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of programs.

- Assist in organizing and facilitating program meetings, workshops, and events.

- Provide support to program participants, including answering questions and addressing concerns.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote programs and increase participation.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare programs and regulations.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
