C++ software developer

We are looking for a C++ Software Developer to join the GIS‑LPMON team. The position will be based in Paris and you will report to the GIS‑LPMON Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and maintaining high-performance, low‑latency C++ applications for liquidity provider monitoring.
• Improving the overall design, scalability and operability of the LP Monitoring application.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business initiatives.
• Diagnosing and resolving software problems efficiently.
• Contributing to the architecture of next‑generation applications.
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, coding, unit testing and deployment.
• Ensuring code quality through best practices, code reviews and use of modern development tools.

Qualifications

• Strong object‑oriented programming (OOP) skills.
• Proficient in C++ (preferably C++17) and experienced with STL libraries.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures and design patterns.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Linux (RedHat) environments.
• Experience with Git, CMake and message processing.
• Knowledge of Redshift Database and Python is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to diagnose issues quickly.
• Effective communicator and able to collaborate with teams outside of development.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
