Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve secondary sales targets for the assigned territory
• Manage distributors and drive distribution growth
• Expand outlet coverage and activate new outlets
• Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and in-store execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Coach and support distributor sales teams to improve performance
