Overview
Emerald Nursing is recruiting experienced Registered Acute General Nurses (RGNs) across Dublin. We supply Ireland’s most preeminent private hospitals, HSE teaching hospitals, national specialist centres, leading care groups and Section 38 specialist services.
Why Experienced RGNs Choose Emerald Nursing
- Premium hourly rates – industry‑leading day, night, weekend and bank holiday tiers – above framework wherever we can negotiate it. Rates mentioned include holiday pay.
- A diary built around your life – regular shifts at sites you’ll want to return to. Genuine variety when you want it; consistency when you don’t.
- Leading client portfolio – private acutes (cardiac, oncology, orthopaedic specialists), HSE teaching hospitals, national specialist centres, leading care groups.
- Weekly Friday pay – holiday pay and full clinical indemnity included as standard.
- Total flexibility – no exclusivity, no minimum hours, no tied contracts. Three nights a week or full‑time – your call.
- Senior consultant matching – your coordinator picks placements briefed on your strengths, not the next gap on the board.
- Named Dublin coordinator – a senior consultant who knows the wards, the matrons and your skill set. Not a call‑centre.
- Fast onboarding – compliance handled in days, not weeks. We’ve done this thousands of times.
Essential Requirements
- Active NMBI registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
- Minimum 6 months recent clinical experience working within the Irish healthcare system (acute hospital).
- Strong clinical references essential.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
