We areseekinga dependable and detail-oriented professional responsible for ensuring theaccuratehandling of all inbound and outbound shipments.

Whatyou'lldo:

  • Assistthe Warehouse Manager with inventory control, tool and material management, and daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
  • Helpmaintaina safe and compliant warehouse environment by following safety procedures,identifyingpotential hazards, and supporting safe daily operations.
  • Monitor weather conditions, perform housekeeping and maintenance tasks tomaintaina clean and hazard-free workplace, andassistwith safety-related maintenance requests as needed.
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish pick locations as needed tomaintaininventory availability.
  • Receive and verify incoming orders, accurately stock materials in designated locations, and report vendor discrepancies or shortages.
  • Accurately pick and stage materials for job orders andidentifyitems requiring replenishment or special ordering.
  • Track tool sign-in/sign-out activity and ensure required tools are available for upcoming jobs.
  • Deliver tools, equipment, and parts tomaintainoperational readiness and support client needs.
  • Transport and dispense diesel fuel to customer sites, accurately recording fuel usage and deliveries.

  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing tasks accurately and efficiently while seeking clarification when needed to ensure the job is done right the first time.
  • Prioritizes safety by maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks to ensure the well-being of employees, visitors, and customers.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the fire protection industry while delivering exceptional service and support to customers, technicians, vendors, and delivery partners.
  • Plan efficient routes, track fuel usage and paperwork, report discrepancies, and help keep the warehouse organized when doing truck delivery responsibilities.

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Class 5 DriversLicense with clean driver's abstract
  • 1 year of proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role an asset
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
  • Experiencedriving with a trailer or willingness to learn.
