What Does Your Day Look Like?

We are looking for a highly driven and commercially minded professional to join us as a Sales Strategy Business Partner.

This role serves as a strategic partner to the Sales Leadership, working at the intersection of Sales and backend functions (Trading, Operations, Customer Service, and Payments etc.) to drive commercial performance and organisational alignment.

You will play a critical role in translating market signals into actionable strategies, bringing structure to sales processes, and ensuring seamless communication across English-speaking front-office teams and Chinese-speaking backend teams.

Sitting at the centre of the business, this role goes beyond coordination — combining strategic thinking, operational execution, and cross-functional influence to enable a high-performing sales organisation.

This is a high-impact, newly created position with strong visibility and the opportunity to directly shape how the sales function scales.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Sales leadership, supporting decision-making through structured thinking, market context, and commercial insight
  • Translate market dynamics, client behaviour, and regional trends into clear, actionable strategies that drive sales performance
  • Proactively identify opportunities and risks across the sales funnel, bringing a forward-looking perspective to business discussions
  • Contribute to shaping the sales organisation’s priorities, ways of working, and execution roadmap

Front-to-Back Commercial Alignment

  • Serve as the key connector between Sales (front office) and backend functions (Trading, Operations, Customer Service, Payments)
  • Ensure seamless two-way communication by translating market signals into internal actions, and product / operational updates into commercial impact
  • Drive alignment across English-speaking and Chinese-speaking teams, bridging not only language but also context, priorities, and decision logic
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional gaps that may impact client experience, conversion, or operational efficiency

Sales Process Excellence

  • Design, implement, and continuously refine scalable sales processes and SOPs in partnership with sales leadership
  • Bring structure and clarity to the sales motion, improving consistency, efficiency, and execution discipline across regions
  • Evaluate existing workflows and proactively drive process optimisation and standardisation
  • Establish a strong operating rhythm across the sales team (e.g. pipeline visibility, feedback loops, execution tracking)

Cross-Functional Influence & Trust Building

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive execution of key initiatives impacting sales performance
  • Build strong working relationships across functions to enhance collaboration, trust, and speed of execution

Why Join Us

  • Work as a trusted partner to Sales leadership– gain direct exposure to strategic decision-making and play a key role in driving business performance
  • Make a real impact– take ownership in a newly created, high-visibility role that directly shapes sales processes and cross-functional collaboration
  • Flexible working arrangement– hybrid working model with 2 days of work from home per week
  • Competitive compensation package

Key Requirements

  • Solid experience in the CFD / Forex / Trading industry
  • Strong understanding of trading products, client lifecycle, and sales processes
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands‑on in execution
  • Willingness to travel as required to support regional teams and business needs
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones, particularly with teams in Europe and Asia
