BOSS Engineering is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer supplying innovative agricultural equipment to customers across Australia. As our business continues to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a forklift licence, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
While previous warehouse experience is beneficial, we’re primarily looking for someone with a strong work ethic, reliability and a genuine desire to learn and grow. About the Role
You’ll play an important role in ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently while providing excellent support to our customers and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a forklift safely
- Picking, packing and dispatching spare parts orders
- Loading and unloading freight
- Organising warehouse stock and maintaining accurate inventory locations
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control
- Preparing freight documentation
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
- Providing general support to the wider BOSS spare parts team
About You
- Holds a current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team
- Is reliable, organised and willing to learn
- Has an interest in machinery, parts and how things work
- Takes pride in completing work accurately
- Has good communication skills
- Is comfortable using basic computer systems
- Enjoys practical, hands‑on work
Previous experience in warehousing, logistics or spare parts may be an advantage, but it is not essential.
