Enterprise Sales & Partnerships Manager
Partxa
Job Description
Company Description Partxa is an enterprise software company focused on powering efficiency through advanced data insights and intelligence. With deep mining-sector logic at its core, Partxa uses proprietary validation models and tools such as the Partxa Parts Workbench to process complex datasets at scale. The company transforms fragmented, inconsistent parts and inventory data into structured intelligence that supports confident, strategic decision-making.
Across supply chains, Partxa enables inventory optimization and intelligent technology integrations that move organizations from reactive procurement to proactive, predictive, and profitable performance. By turning data into a strategic advantage, Partxa helps enterprise customers unlock measurable operational and financial improvements.
The Business Development Manager – Enterprise Software is responsible for driving the growth of Partxa’s software systems across the asset-intensive industries we serve, in line with Partxa’s brand value proposition — Powering Efficiency. This role connects industry needs with the Integrate technology platform — spanning the Visualize, Insight, Connect and Control modules — to build pipeline, win new enterprise accounts, and expand recurring revenue. It bridges commercial strategy with customer value, positioning Partxa’s solutions to power greater operational efficiency by solving high-cost data and asset-management problems across mining, construction and power generation.

Represent Partxa at industry events, briefings and forums to build market awareness and generate qualified demand.
Identify and develop adjacent industry segments and use cases where Integrate’s ERP‑agnostic connectivity powers greater efficiency and creates value.

Solution Selling & Client Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, translating operational and data‑integrity challenges into Integrate platform solutions (Visualize, Insight, Connect, Control).
Build and lead strategic relationships at all levels — from C‑suite to operational teams — across target customers and industries, using them to influence outcomes and champion systems adoption through thought leadership.
Lead consultative, value‑based sales conversations with executive and technical stakeholders, quantifying capital‑risk and data‑entropy cost savings.
Partner with product, delivery and technical teams to scope solutions, respond to RFPs, and ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.

Develop reseller, channel and integration-partner relationships that extend Partxa’s reach and accelerate deployment.
Performance & Revenue Accountability
Track market, competitor and pricing trends to inform positioning, differentiation and forecasting.
Own and deliver against agreed revenue, pipeline and new‑logo targets, reporting accurately and consistently through the CRM.
Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven insight, ensuring consistent messaging, forecasting discipline and revenue accountability across the business.

Customer insight into product — Demonstrated ability to capture and articulate customer requirements and cascade them as clear, actionable input to product and development teams, driving platform expansion and adoption.
Stakeholder relationships & technical credibility — Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain relationships and influence outcomes across all levels — from C‑suite to operational stakeholders — including the ability to engage credibly with customers' technical thought‑leaders and build their confidence in the platform, acting as a compelling advocate for systems adoption.
Problem‑solving & delivery under pressure — Outstanding problem‑solving skills and initiative, with demonstrated examples of negotiating effective solutions for customers, and strong organisational and time‑management skills with a track record of successful outcomes under time pressure.
- Awareness of emerging technologies — Understanding of future‑facing technologies — including artificial intelligence and machine learning — and their emerging applications within industrial and asset‑intensive enterprise environments, with an appreciation of the role high‑quality, well‑governed enterprise data plays in enabling their adoption.
