About the roleThe Business Manager provides high-level financial leadership, strategic advice and operational support to Metro North Mental Health. Working as a key advisor to the Finance Manager and Mental Health Senior Executive Leadership Team, the role contributes to sustainable service delivery through expert financial management, business planning, performance monitoring and resource allocation.The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and activity analysis while providing strategic insights to support service planning and decision-making.
