Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM | 6 Days a Week

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in the Travel Industry

What You'll Do

• Understand customer travel requirements.
• Plan customized travel itineraries.
• Suggest the right travel packages.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert them into bookings.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth trip execution.
• Support customers before, during, and after their trip.
• Build good customer relationships.
• Keep customer records updated.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Confidence in speaking with customers and closing bookings.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
