Location

Based at our first Australian site in Redbank, Queensland. The role joins a team of Electro‑Mechanical Technicians in a fully air‑conditioned automated distribution center.

About You

• Commitment to safety and a proactive safety attitude.
• Background in mechanical maintenance (e.g., mechanic or diesel fitter).
• Strong communication skills, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Interest in automation and technology, willing to learn new concepts.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
• Working at heights of up to 30 metres (wearing fall‑arrest gear and PPE).
• Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 kg unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Maximise system performance and uptime through effective maintenance.
• Perform mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
• Support Production Team with fault correction coaching and troubleshooting.
• Fault finding and rectification of mechanical drive technology (motors, gears).
• Assist in installation of new or refurbishment of existing system components.
