We're partnering with Jampacked Agency, a female-led creative and performance agency based in Sydney. Paid media, organic social, creative strategy, content, email and SMS, all delivered by a boutique team of women with serious talent and even bigger energy.

Jampacked doesn't do surface-level work or high-volume client churn. They partner with a select handful of brands and become part of their world: their go-to creative team, their sounding board and often their secret weapon.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Paid Media Specialist/ Account Manager, you'll be the glue between Jampacked's clients and its internal team and the heartbeat of every account you touch.

You'll own the day-to-day across a portfolio of product, wholesale, retail and growth-stage brands: managing timelines, building paid campaigns across social and search, briefing social, content and creative teams. You’ll translate performance data into updates clients actually understand and quality-check everything before it reaches the client.

You’ll know the data back to front, so you can talk results with confidence, stay calm and gracious in the tricky conversations and spot the moments an account is ready to grow. You'll have real ownership across your portfolio and work hand in hand with the internal team to bring campaigns and briefs to life with ease.

ABOUT YOU

You're a relationship person first, the kind people warm to instantly and trust for the long haul. You've spent 3+ years in account management or client services, ideally agency-side and you've learned that great account management isn't coordination, but that it is a genuine investment in a client's success.

You're highly organised, warm but direct, unflappable when a conversation gets hard and comfortable running several clients at once without dropping the ball. You bring the kind of energy that lifts a room and the follow-through that keeps a promise.
