Lead the Marketing for one of Australia's most transformative wellness destinations

Eden Retreat is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Marketing to lead our brand, customer experience, digital marketing, loyalty, retention and community engagement.

This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a business dedicated to wellness, transformation and exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, enquiry growth, retreat bookings, customer loyalty and long‑term business performance.

As Head of Marketing, you will own the end‑to‑end marketing function across Eden Retreat, including:

• Planning and campaign execution
• Brand management and storytelling
• Customer experience and guest journey optimisation
• Digital marketing and communication
• Social media, content and community engagement
• Partnerships, events and brand activations
• Performance reporting, analytics and budget management
• Leadership of our loyalty and retention programs

You'll work across every stage of the customer journey, ensuring the Eden brand promise is consistently delivered while driving measurable commercial outcomes.

We're looking for a high‑performing marketing professional who combines creativity with commercial acumen.

Essential Experience

• 7+ years' experience in marketing, customer experience, brand management or related leadership roles
• Proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
• Strong CRM and marketing automation experience, including Salesforce and Account Engagement
• Experience managing websites, email marketing platforms and social media channels
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and SEO
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong project management and organisational capability
• Experience managing external agencies and creative partners

Highly Regarded

• Luxury hospitality, wellness, tourism or retreat industry experience
• Customer journey mapping and service design experience
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite capability
• Passion for wellness, hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences
