.NET Developer with Azure – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong Azure Cloud experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Azure services, REST APIs, and SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Develop scalable and secure ASP.NET Core Web APIs and RESTful services.
• Build and deploy cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure.
• Work with Azure services such as:
• Develop and integrate APIs with internal and external systems.
• Work with SQL Server and optimize database queries and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 6+.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Services.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with REST APIs and Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub/Azure Repos.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/AKS.
• Knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs.
• Experience with Terraform or ARM/Bicep templates.
• Knowledge of React or Angular.
• Experience with Azure Functions and serverless architecture.
• Knowledge of Azure monitoring tools such as Application Insights and Azure Monitor.
