Transformational analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Transformational Analyst to join their high-performing team on an initial 6-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to key transformation initiatives, partnering with finance and operational stakeholders to improve processes, enhance reporting and support business-wide change.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on solving problems and is passionate about driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business transformation and continuous improvement projects
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives
• Develop reporting and provide analysis to support business decisions
• Assist with system implementations and process optimisation
• Support project delivery, documentation and change management activities
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations to improve business performance

About you

• Previous experience in transformation, business analysis or process improvement
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills, with ERP systems experience highly regarded
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• CA/CPA qualification (or working towards)
