In this role, you\'ll:

  • Maintain and update configuration records to ensure accurate, complete and up-to-date system and asset information that supports reliable service delivery.
  • Review and validate change requests, assessing customer impacts, technical risks and dependencies to ensure changes are well understood and effectively managed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain data integrity, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with configuration management standards.
  • You bring strong experience in managing IT assets and configuration items, with solid ITIL/ITSM knowledge and the ability to maintain accurate records in complex, multi-sourced environments.
  • You have strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify discrepancies, interpret configuration data, and contribute to continuous improvement of configuration management practices.
  • You collaborate effectively with technical teams, service providers and stakeholders, working autonomously while ensuring compliance with standards and escalating complex issues when required.
  • You will have experience with ServiceNow software.
