We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of our entire IT environment across a growing, multi‑site business operating throughout Western Australia and NSW. This is more than just an IT support role it’s an opportunity to lead technology, improve business systems, and influence the future direction of our organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage the company’s IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environment
• Support Windows Servers, Active Directory, networking, firewalls and VPNs
• Drive cybersecurity, backups and disaster recovery
• Deliver IT projects and system improvements
• Provide technical support across multiple business locations
• Manage vendors, IT assets, software licensing and technology budgets
• Develop IT strategies that support business growth

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory experience
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPNs, routing & firewalls)
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and hybrid environments
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-800/801 or similar)
• Cisco Meraki, UniFi or Veeam experience
• Ubuntu/Linux or Raspberry Pi knowledge
