- Manage Microsoft 365, servers, networks and user access
- Deliver infrastructure, application and technology projects
- Lead and develop the Systems Engineer and Junior Developer
- Coordinate vendors, suppliers and Group IT stakeholders
You’ll monitor system performance, manage incidents, oversee patching, backups, licensing and capacity planning, while providing desktop and application support when required.
About you
We’re seeking an experienced IT leader who enjoys balancing operational responsibility with technical problem solving and project delivery. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Over 10 years’ experience within a medium‑sized or corporate environment
- Experience managing technical staff in a hands‑on IT function
- Help desk, desktop or application support experience
- Working knowledge of SQL, networking, hardware and information security

- A demonstrated ability to maintain secure, reliable and available IT environments
What’s on offer
This role offers ownership of an established IT function within a global manufacturing business undertaking significant technology investment.
You’ll lead a capable team, work closely with operational leaders and Group IT teams in France, and play a key role in delivering projects that will shape the organisation’s technology environment over the coming years.
The position suits an IT Manager seeking long‑term stability, technical involvement and responsibility for business outcomes. You’ll have the autonomy to recommend improvements, manage priorities and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
The role is based at the Lara office five days per week, with a standard start time between 7:15 am and 7:30 am.
