Established commercial contractor delivers projects across South East Queensland, with a strong pipeline spanning commercial, government, defence, fitout and refurbishment work. The business is known for maintaining lean project teams, giving staff broader exposure and greater responsibility across delivery.

About the Role

Working alongside the Project Manager and site team, you will support the delivery of commercial construction projects from procurement through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Managing RFIs, shop drawings and technical submissions
• Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
• Supporting procurement and trade package administration
• Assisting with programming, reporting and commercial tracking
• Monitoring quality, safety and project documentation
• Resolving technical and delivery issues with the wider project team

About You

You will have:

• Previous experience as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer
• Commercial construction experience with a head contractor
• Experience delivering building projects in Australia
• A Construction Management, Engineering or related qualification
• Strong technical, documentation and coordination skills
• Confidence working with subcontractors, consultants and site teams
• Full Australian working rights

Experience across government, defence, commercial fitout or refurbishment projects would be well regarded.
