Treasury Manager – Brazil
Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid)
Travel: Frequent travel across South America
We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to join a dynamic multinational organization. This is a strategic leadership role for a professional with strong expertise in Treasury Operations, who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment across Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead treasury activities across South America (mainly Brazil, Argentina, and Chile) ensuring operational excellence and strong financial governance.
- Monitor and optimize cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital across the region.
- Manage foreign exchange exposure, currency transactions, and banking relationships in Brazil, Argentina, and Chile.
- Ensure compliance with each country’s exchange control regulations and treasury governance requirements.
- Coordinate daily with internal stakeholders including Commercial, Finance, Local Treasury, Shared Services, and banking partners.
- Act as the main regional treasury point of contact while collaborating closely with the Mexico team.
- Collaborate with the regional team, driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify risks, respond quickly to unexpected situations, and implement effective solutions in a constantly changing environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Extensive experience in Treasury, with a strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Collections.
- Proven experience managing treasury operations across South America.

- Highly adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable navigating challenges and organizational change
Qualifications
- Portuguese: Fluent (required)
- English: Advanced (required)
- Spanish: Nice to have
- Available to travel frequently.
- Candidates based in São Paulo are strongly preferred.
