Senior Finance Analyst

Our client is a globally recognised product-based business with a strong presence across international markets. Following continued growth and investment in their Australian operation, they are looking to appoint a commercially minded Senior Finance Analyst to partner closely with operations, sales and senior leadership.

This is a broad role offering significant exposure across financial reporting, commercial analysis, business partnering and process improvement. You'll play a key role in driving better visibility, controls and decision-making across the business while influencing operational and commercial outcomes.

The Opportunity:

• Budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance analysis
• Delivering commercial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
• Financial reporting, variance analysis and management reporting
• Partnering with warehouse, operations and sales teams
• Driving process improvements and enhancing financial controls
• Assisting with systems and reporting improvements
• Supporting month-end and year-end financial activities

About You:

• CA/CPA qualification
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, retail or another product-based environment
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis capability
• Proven business partnering experience with operational stakeholders
• Strong systems aptitude and process improvement mindset
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to inventory, supply chain or warehouse operations will be highly regarded
