Paramount Haulage Pty Ltd is seeking reliable and experienced Truck Drivers / Concrete Agitator Drivers to join its growing transport team in Caversham, Western Australia.
The business provides concrete delivery services across the Perth metropolitan area and is expanding its operations due to increased client demand. The company is currently recruiting to fill multiple existing vacancies and support ongoing workforce needs. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely operating heavy vehicles, including concrete agitator trucks, to load, transport and deliver concrete to construction sites and client locations in accordance with road safety, site safety and company requirements.

Task & Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate heavy vehicles, including concrete agitator trucks, for concrete delivery across Perth and surrounding areas
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and inspect vehicles to ensure they are safe, roadworthy and ready for operation
- Load, mix, transport and discharge concrete safely and efficiently at customer and construction sites
- Manoeuvre vehicles safely into position for loading, unloading and on-site delivery
- Follow delivery schedules, route plans and instructions from dispatch or site supervisors
- Ensure concrete is delivered in a timely manner while maintaining product quality and safety standards
- Complete delivery dockets, logbooks, vehicle checklists and other required paperwork accurately
- Follow all road transport laws, workplace health and safety procedures, and site‑specific safety rules
- Communicate professionally with customers, site staff, dispatchers and other team members
- Report vehicle faults, hazards, delays, incidents or unusual traffic conditions to management
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the truck and related equipment
- Comply with load, weight, fatigue management and heavy vehicle safety requirements
- Work safely around construction sites, concrete plants and customer delivery locations
Qualification & Experience
- AQF Certificate II or III in Road Transport, Driving Operations or a related field, or equivalent relevant heavy vehicle driving experience
- Minimum one year of relevant heavy vehicle driving experience
- Valid and current Heavy Rigid (HR) driver licence or higher
- White Card / Construction Induction Card
- Previous concrete agitator truck driving experience is highly regarded
- Good knowledge of Western Australian road rules, transport safety and site safety requirements
- Ability to safely operate heavy vehicles in metropolitan and construction site environments
- Good communication skills and ability to deal professionally with customers and site personnel
- Ability to complete paperwork, delivery records and vehicle checklists accurately
- Reliable, punctual and safety‑focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform duties associated with heavy vehicle and concrete delivery work
- Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing if required
