Appian Developer

We are looking for an Appian Developer to join a dynamic team delivering business-critical digital transformation projects within a large enterprise environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on process automation and workflow solutions, developing scalable applications and integrations while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in an agile setup. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about building high-quality applications with the Appian platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using the Appian platform.
• Design and implement process automation solutions and workflow applications.
• Build user interfaces using SAIL and develop reusable components.
• Implement integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work with relational databases and SQL queries to support business requirements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis to deployment.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to application quality, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience developing applications using the Appian platform.
• Solid knowledge of Process Models, SAIL, Expressions, Rules, Record Types, and Appian Data Fabric.
• Experience integrating applications with external systems through REST and SOAP services.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, adaptability, and a strong focus on quality and delivery.

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking or financial services environments.
• Knowledge of process automation best practices.
