Test Manager - French Speaker

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• Solid experience (minimum 8 years) as a Test Manager, preferably in a senior role;
• Fluency in French and English - mandatory;
• Proficiency with Jira for test management;
• Strong understanding of test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB certification is a plus);
• Experience in managing a portfolio of test projects, including budget forecasting, activity, cost, quality, and timeline follow-up;
• Ability to manage the entire test activity lifecycle, from initial scoping to project closure, ensuring quality and providing necessary support;
• Skills in defining and designing test strategies, levels, and types for complex projects, including organizing workshops and user inputs;
• Capability to identify, monitor, and report test-related risks and define action plans;
• Experience in leading test execution phases, ensuring user participation, compliance, results registration, and defect management;
• Familiarity with defining resources, planning work, and prioritizing tasks for a test team;
• Desirable experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products;
• Strong soft skills, including customer satisfaction focus, high-quality delivery, adherence to procedures, continuous process improvement, stress and conflict management, active listening, quick learning, planning, prioritization, and adaptability;

• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
