Human Resources Generalist

HR Generalist | Brazil | Remote

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to take ownership of the full employee lifecycle for our Brazil operations, partnering closely with our US headquarters.

You'll oversee recruitment, payroll coordination, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, contracts, unions, occupational health, HR policies, and day-to-day HR operations. The role requires someone comfortable working across both strategic and hands-on HR activities in a fast-paced international environment.

We're looking for:

• Strong knowledge of Brazilian employment law and HR practices
• Experience managing payroll, benefits, and employee relations
• Previous exposure to union interactions and compliance
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
• English language skills to collaborate with US headquarters

Location: Remote, Brazil (Near Sao Paolo beneficial but not mandatory)

Type of contract: 6 months contract to hire

Rate: R$50-R$55 BRL an hour
