Job Purpose The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for supervising activities related to electrical installations onboard the FPSO, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and company safety standards. The position is accountable for authorizing interventions on high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical systems, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring the quality of executed work, and supporting the safe and reliable operation of electrical installations. Key Responsibilities Plan and release work orders related to electrical installations and equipment onboard the FPSO; Authorize inspections, testing, maintenance, repairs, and any other interventions on HV and LV electrical systems, whether energized or de-energized, in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements; Review andquality-check work orders and service reports issued by Electrical Technicians within the CMMS, ensuring that the approved scope of work and expected results have been achieved;

Verify andapprove service reports issued by third-party contractors, confirming compliance with the agreed scope of work and expected deliverables; Create work instructions and corrective actions within the CMMS to address deviations identified through maintenance activities, inspections, or service reports; Support the familiarization and development of Electrical Technicians and third-party personnel regarding FPSO electrical installations and Standard Operating Procedures;

Maintain the NR-10 Databook and all associated documentation and records up to date, ensuring availability for audits, inspections, and consultation by relevant stakeholders; Coordinateand monitoractivities performed by third-party representatives, ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety requirements; Supervise electrical maintenance and operational activities in accordance with established procedures, competency requirements, and management instructions;

Support emergencyresponse activities as directed by the line manager or Incident On-Scene Commander, ensuring actions are carried out safely and effectively. Requirements TTechnical Diploma in Electrical Engineering recognized by MEC; Bachelor’sDegreein Electrical Engineering may be accepted in lieu of a Technical Diploma; Minimum of8 years of experience in FPSOs or offshore drilling rigs operations, including at least 3 years in an Electrical Supervisor position;

Advanced English; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365®; Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS);

Solid knowledge of HVand LV electrical installations, maintenance practices, and electrical safety requirements; Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills; Ability tocoordinate contractors, supervise maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards. Nice to Have Experience managing NR-10 documentation and compliance requirements;

Previous experience working with multicultural offshore teams; Knowledge of FPSOelectrical systems, power generation, distribution, and protection systems.
