About the Company
Our client is one of the world’s fastest-growing logistics companies. As their Australian business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join the team based in Villawood.

The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and resolving service escalations across logistics network. You’ll work closely with operations teams, depots and transport partners to ensure customers receive timely and professional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and service escalations.
- Investigate delivery delays, lost freight and shipment issues.
- Coordinate with operations and transport teams to achieve timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and case updates.
- Follow up outstanding cases through to completion.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements.
- Support the Customer Service Manager with day-to-day operations.
About You
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within logistics, freight, transport or supply chain.
- Experience handling customer complaints and escalations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
