Job Description

• Manage customer orders from quote through to delivery, invoicing, and completion.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide updates on order status and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate freight, shipments, and supplier communications to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Work closely with sales, technical, operations, and project teams to support order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare customer documentation and reports.
• Provide general administration and office support while contributing to a positive customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Sales Admin should have:

• Experience in administration, customer service, internal sales, or order processing.
