About the opportunity

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate marketing programmes, including unit coordination and online delivery.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and innovative assessment design to enhance the student experience.
  • Supervise Honours, Masters and PhD students, supporting the next generation of researchers.
  • Conduct high-impact research, publishing in leading peer-reviewed journals and contributing to the School’s research reputation.
  • Build and sustain collaborative research networks nationally and internationally.
  • Contribute to academic leadership, governance, and collegial activities within the School and University.
  • Engage with industry, government, and professional communities to extend research and educational impact.

About you

  • A PhD in Marketing or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in innovative university teaching, including curriculum design and student‑centred learning approaches.
  • A developing or established research track record, with publications in high‑quality peer‑reviewed journals.
  • Experience supervising or co‑supervising higher degree research students (or strong potential to do so).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusive education, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
