  • Strong understanding of brand equity and experience implementing brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
  • High-level organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Sports Management, Marketing, or similar (desirable).
  • A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain).
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.

What’s to love?

  • Career development with a range of formal education and on-the-job training opportunities.
  • Monthly health & wellbeing activities with access to Core Plus Pilates.
  • Onsite gym, tennis facilities & free onsite car parking.
  • Salary packaging and a range of discounts from our sponsorship partners.

Applications close 2 August 2026 and we will be reviewing applications as they are received; therefore this role may close sooner if we find the right candidate.
