Investment Analyst

We are currently partnering with a leading Private Credit Fund to appoint an Investment Analyst into their Melbourne team.

This is an opportunity for someone with 1–5 years' experience to support the origination, structuring and execution of commercial real estate lending transactions up to $50mil.

You'll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of investment, development and commercial property transactions while building your career within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the structuring and execution of commercial real estate lending transactions.
• Financial analysis and credit assessment of investment and development opportunities.
• Preparing credit submissions and transaction papers.
• Cash flow modelling and financial analysis.
• Supporting the management of an existing client portfolio.
• Coordinating transaction execution through to settlement.
• Liaising with valuers, solicitors, brokers and other key stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.

Requirements:

• Commercial Real Estate or Property Finance within a bank or Private Credit Fund.
• Real Estate Debt Advisory, Consulting or Transaction Services also suitable
• Strong financial modelling and credit analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A competitive salary package will be negotiated for the successful candidate.
