Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a graphic designer at our South Delhi location. We are looking for an experienced designer who can lead design direction on key projects while also building the quality, delivery, and mentoring rhythm that keeps our studio running smoothly. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio across print, social, and corporate work and is equally comfortable designing hands-on and reviewing/guiding a team's output.

The candidate will lead creative execution, set visual systems across reports and campaigns, supervise quality and deadlines, mentor junior designers, and manage client communication end-to-end.

Requirements 

• 2-4 years of design experience, studio/agency preferred 
• Strong grasp of typography, grid, and brand application 
• Experience in branding and report/brochure design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma/AI tools a plus 
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, and work independently 
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills 
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead creative direction and delivery for reports, social campaigns, and corporate collaterals 
• Design and review layouts, logos, and marketing materials across print and digital 
• Review team work, give feedback, and enforce brand/quality consistency 
• Assign tasks and monitor team progress and deadlines 
• Manage client briefs, updates, and expectations 
• Mentor junior designers and foster team collaboration 
• Stay current with design trends and tools; contribute fresh concepts 
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with composure
