Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare layouts, and create detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day work includes space planning, selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized on site.

The role involves preparing construction and presentation drawings, participating in client meetings, and revising designs based on feedback and technical constraints. The Interior Designer will also help maintain project documentation, support site inspections, and contribute to design standards and best practices within the team.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design skills, including concept development and design detailing.
• Candidates should possess Space Planning and Architecture-related skills for creating functional layouts and coordinating with structural and MEP plans.
• Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills, including preparation of detailed working drawings, sections, and elevations.
• Candidates should possess FF&E skills, including selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment aligned with project requirements.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Strong visualization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial interior projects in an on-site capacity is an advantage.
