Director, Regional Marketing UKI
Zscaler, Inc.
Job Description
Role
We are looking for a Director, Regional Marketing UKI to join our team. This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the VP Marketing, EMEA based in our London office. Spearheading the marketing strategy across the United Kingdom and Ireland, you will lead a high‑performing team to drive pipeline creation and brand awareness, ensuring all activities align with both regional requirements and global EMEA goals.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
Lead the comprehensive marketing plan for the UKI region, encompassing demand generation, Account‑Based Marketing (ABM), events, partners, and thought leadership.
Drive pipeline creation and progression for new logos and customer expansion using an account‑centric, outcome‑focused approach.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with sales leadership by delivering high‑performing programs and providing strategic insights.
Develop a partner‑sourced pipeline through integrated co‑marketing, clear communication, and partner enablement.
Lead and develop the UKI marketing team while strengthening brand presence through executive‑level programs and cultivating customer advocacy.
Who You Are (Success Profile)
You thrive in ambiguity. You’re comfortable building the path as you walk it. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful.
You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. True ownership involves leveraging dynamic range: the ability to navigate seamlessly between high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution.
You are a problem‑solver. You love running towards the challenges because you are laser‑focused on finding the solution, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
You are a high‑trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
You are a learner. You have a true growth mindset and are obsessed with your own development, actively seeking feedback to become a better partner and a stronger teammate. You love what you do and you do it with purpose.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI‑driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain.
Extensive marketing experience in field‑based roles within global B2B SaaS or the cybersecurity industry, combined with a deep understanding of the UKI enterprise buyer ecosystem.
Demonstrated track record of driving pipeline generation and revenue influence for enterprise‑level SaaS solutions.
Extensive experience in Account‑Based Marketing (ABM), executing high‑impact events, and running programs tailored for CXOs.
Data‑driven approach to marketing with a constant focus on pipeline metrics and ROI.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proven experience utilizing advanced AI‑driven predictive market analytics to identify high‑value account segments and accelerate pipeline velocity within the UKI region.
In‑depth knowledge of Enterprise Sales within the security or networking sectors.
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools, AI‑driven processes, and cloud alliances to optimize marketing efforts.
