Job Description

At CSL Seqirus, we’re committed to protecting public health through the manufacture and distribution of essential healthcare products. We are seeking a safety-focused and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our Supply Chain team (based in Tullamarine) and support the efficient movement of materials and products within a GMP-regulated warehouse environment.

Shift: Monday to Friday, with start times of 7:00am or 8:00am and a typical finish time of approximately 4:00pm.

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time opportunity.

Please note this is a physically active role that involves manual handling, repetitive tasks, and extended periods of standing.

Essential Requirements

• Current Forklift Licence (mandatory)
• Current Driver's Licence (mandatory)

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and products while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment while adhering to health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch materials and finished products using SAP, ERP systems, and RF scanners.
• Manage inventory movements, stock replenishment, and temperature-controlled materials in GMP/GDP environments.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Perform warehouse inspections, equipment checks, and housekeeping activities to support compliance standards.
• Participate in training activities and support the onboarding and development of team members where required.

Experience & Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence and Driver's Licence.
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments, including a minimum of 12 months' forklift operation.
• Experience using ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, dispatch, order picking, and hazardous goods handling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in cold-storage environments and outdoors when required.
