Overview
Customer Service Officer role in a banking environment. You will be the first point of contact in the Branch, delivering exceptional customer service, identifying and supporting customers to explore their current and future financial needs, undertaking transaction activities, educating customers on digital banking solutions, and conducting needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
About you
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills who is career-minded with a genuine interest in, or passion for banking. A proactive team player who collaborates well and strives to exceed customer expectations. Banking experience is preferred but not required.
