Salary: As per EBA
Shifts: Monday - Friday PM 14:45 – 22:00

Responsibilities

• Provide quality resident‑focused and clinical care utilizing a person‑centered approach.
• Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values.
• Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families.
• Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Recognised tertiary qualification and current Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
• Police check.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in aged care.
• Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.
• Compassionate, flexible and positive approach.
• Ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and collaborate within a team.
