About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our POS & Payments team to support applications that deliver an optimal customer experience in‑store and online. The role directly impacts day‑to‑day operations and involves facilitating change, analysing business processes, and driving efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery sessions to elicit business and customer needs from stakeholders
  • Analyse, create, maintain, and communicate requirements artifacts (Epics, User Stories) to scope business rules, processes, interactions, and information flow
  • Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
  • Facilitate interaction with delivery teams to drive solution design, estimation, prioritisation, and planning
  • Support and guide Product Owners through end‑to‑end discovery and delivery
  • Clarify requirements and contribute to defect, risk, and enhancement management during delivery
  • Champion best practices in Business Analysis across the broader business

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis or equivalent
  • Experience eliciting requirements and authoring business requirements documents
  • Proficient in structured analysis of business models, process models, data models, and workflow models, ideally for mobile applications
  • Expertise in breaking down large work items into manageable user stories using Jira, Confluence, Miro (or equivalent)
  • API & integration literacy
  • Experience practicing agile delivery, including behavior‑driven development, discovery to delivery, facilitation
  • Workshop facilitation experience
  • Retail industry experience valued
