Position

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented, and highly organized individual with strong attention to detail to join our team in a full time Internal Sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing counter sales support and servicing domestic and industrial contractors.
• Processing customer orders, quotations, and telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Following up on customer orders and sales opportunities.
• Assisting Branch Managers with sales-related enquiries and administrative support.
• Building, maintaining, and strengthening key customer relationships while adding value to our existing customer base.

Skills & Experience

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service and sales.
• Electrical wholesale or supply chain experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy.
