Overview

Eco33 Global Pty Ltd is a leading Australian energy solutions company committed to delivering innovative, sustainable, and energy-efficient technologies for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Engineering Technologist to join our team in Osborne Park, Western Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse client requirements and develop practical engineering solutions for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, testing, and optimisation of engineering systems and technical processes.
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, reports, and project documentation.
  • Conduct engineering calculations, feasibility studies, and performance assessments to support project delivery.
  • Monitor installation and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Investigate technical issues and recommend improvements to enhance system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout project execution.
  • Ensure projects comply with relevant Australian Standards, industry regulations, and company quality procedures.
  • Assist in evaluating emerging technologies and recommend innovative engineering solutions to improve products and services.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analysing operational performance and implementing process enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in an engineering technologist or similar engineering role.
  • Sound knowledge of engineering principles, technical analysis, and project implementation.
  • Experience in renewable energy, solar PV, battery storage, energy management systems, or electrical engineering projects is highly desirable.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and Australian Standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet project deadlines, and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

  • Employment Type: Full-time (Minimum 38 hours per week)
  • Location: Osborne Park, WA 6017
  • Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per annum plus Superannuation
