About the Role:

We're looking for a commercially driven Sales Head to lead our Author Acquisition & Publishing Services business. You'll own the growth engine of the business—driving revenue, leading high-performing sales teams, shaping strategy, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Own the revenue and growth of the Author Acquisition business.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
• ⁠Drive consultative sales of premium publishing and author services.
• ⁠Improve conversion rates, average deal value, and overall sales productivity.
• Build a culture of accountability, performance, and customer-first thinking.
• ⁠Use data and insights to optimize the sales funnel, forecasting, and business performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless author experience.
• ⁠Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.

What We're Looking For:

• ⁠5–8 years of experience in sales leadership with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience leading consultative sales teams in publishing, media, education, SaaS, creator economy, premium services, or similar industries.
• Proven ability to manage high-value sales cycles and build scalable sales processes.
• Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
