This role requires a meticulous approach to logging, analysing, and prioritizing issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support onsite and remotely to end-users.
• Log, analyse, and prioritise IT incidents and service requests.
• Resolve issues or escalate to appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong background in laptop support.
• Experience with application installations.
• Active Directory tasks experience.
• Office 365 administration experience.
• Ability to provide user support across various platforms and devices.
